I found this growing in a crack on the concrete floor, near the car park. Just pulled it out with my fingers. I know it is a shady tree but  I don't know the species name yet.

Extra leaves removed and rest cut to 1/3rd size
to minimize water loss. Leaving some leaves 
also gives a visual clue to the plant's health.

I collected this plant seeing the vigorous growth of its multiple suckers on a thick short trunk. The plant survived my initial months of ignorance & mistakes and is still alive, although in a diminished form ! In the wild, it is a short tree, with the mature trunk looking almost blackish and having thick scaly bark.

Uknown Species - Thorny Weed

This is one of my several specimens which have been pruned on site but not yet been collected. It is better that the plant heals first, with its original root system intact, in its home environment.

It already looks like a bonsai ! Thats what I call instant bonsai !
